RESERVATION / PAYMENT / SECURITY DEPOSIT / CANCELLATION POLICY

At the time of reservation, you are required to pay a 1 night deposit in the amount of $225.00 conveniently made online-secure via Paypal.
There is a $25.00 fee for same-day cancellation of this reservation request. Cancellation at any other time is subject to the terms and conditions described in the rental agreement.

Upon receipt of you reservation request, we will send you a rental agreement of your stay, please be sure to sign, in order to validate reservation.

Full payment for lodging is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival by cash, check or money order. We also accept Credit or Debit card payment via PayPal.

If cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival, there will be no refund unless we are able to re-book the unit,
There are no refunds for early check out.
